Kelly’s Korner is one of the best on the web for Windows Help. Full of registry files, scripts, help, and the like. You will find us referring to her site often.

Doug's Windows 95/98/Me/XP Tweaks and Tips
Tips, tweaks, scripts, and more. If Doug doesn’t know about it then chances are it probably doesn’t exist.

MVPs.org
This is a massive collection of Microsoft MVPs links, and their main site. While you won’t find them hanging out there you can surely find them lurking about in the various forums being nice and offering you assistance when ever you’re in need of help and know where to ask.
