X-Setup Pro Forum
From the makers of X-Setup Pro comes their forum which is almost as good as their software. The only problem with this forum is that you aren’t allowed to be an unknown user.

Some great tips, tweaks, and advice are located on this site. On top of that you can download their software (TweakXP.com) and take it for a test drive. It’s worth looking into and it’s a decent site to visit.

This is a collection of searchable tips. One of the benefits being that you might notice is that they’ve also indexed portions of the Microsoft Knowledge Base. I’m not sure about the morality or legality of such but here’s the link anyhow.

Tech-Recipes.com - Computer help Windows Solaris Linux Cisco MySQL Programming
While you’re at this whole mess why not go ahead and cook up your own custom PC (by tweaking and adjusting until you get it where you like it) and follow a bunch of recipes? This site is not limited to Windows and to Operating Systems; In fact they seem to cover most everything there. Sometimes it would seem easier to just send people to these other sites but then what would be the point?
