Microsoft Management Console Snap-ins
If you're anything like me (and you probably aren't, so be grateful) you don't like having to wade through piles of menus and navigating all over the place to get somewhere. Simply pound (and hold) the WinKey and then press the R letter on your keyboard and type in any of the following commands.

Note: Not all of these will work with all versions of XP, some of these will work only with XP Pro, some only work with IIS installed, and some of them will even work in Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows MCE. Whatever the case, there is no harm in trying to open any of these Management Console Snap-ins on Windows versions that do not have them installed (in other words: "no harm in trying"). If you do try and open one that is not present you will simply get a nice notice stating something like "Windows can not find 'such-n-such' etc..."
