Gł - Windows > XP + General: XP Run Control Panel Commands

There are a number of Run commands that begin with "control" and they open various things from the Control Panel ("CP"). In order to use them click Start > click on Run... > then type in the command. Or if you want to be sneaky you can just press the WinKey + R and that will bring up the Run dialog box.

Command	Opens...	Description
control	Control Panel	Will open the Control Panel in 'Catalog View' or 'Classic View' depending on which it was when last closed
control admintools	Administrative Tools
control date/time	Date and Time Properties	Same effect as double clicking the displayed time in the notification area (a.k.a. - "system tray")
control desktop	Display Properties \ Themes
control color	Display Properties \ Screen Saver
control folders	Folder Options
control fonts	Fonts Folder	Here you'll find your font collection that is used by your computer and programs
control international	Regional and Language Options	Are you multi-lingual or is your pc not set to your native language? If so, then you might find this useful
control keyboard	Keyboard Properties
control mouse	Mouse Properties
control netconnections	Network Connections
control printers	Printers and Faxes
control schedtasks	Scheduled Tasks
control telephony	Phone and Modem Options
control userpasswords	User Accounts	This will open the basic User Accounts dialog, where you can manage accounts
control userpasswords2	User Accounts (Advanced)	This will open a completely different User Accounts dialog, where you can manage passwords, add / delete accounts, etc.
