XP Run Control Panel Commands
There are a number of Run commands that begin with "control" and they open various things from the Control Panel ("CP"). In order to use them click Start > click on Run... > then type in the command. Or if you want to be sneaky you can just press the WinKey + R and that will bring up the Run dialog box.
