Disable Delete Prompt

You right click...

You select "delete."

Microsoft, and I'm a true Microsoft fan, thinks you don't know what you're talking about. You get a prompt. "Are you absolutely 100% certain you want to delete this file and move it to the recycle bin where you can easily recover it if you need to and don't use a third party application to clear the recycle bin and overwrite the file data on the drive? If so then press Enter 97 times to continue." (Or something like that.)

Go to your desktop. Right click on the Recycle Bin icon. Select properties. (This is one of my biggest peeves.) UNTICK the option to display the delete confirmation dialogue. Click OK and be done with it.
